the staff were very helpful. breakfast options were great. the room was comfortable i was really charmed. i found the free parking convenient plus the short walk to the city center added value. the complimentary cake in the evenings was a nice surprise.

i noticed a strong unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain it was bothersome. i hope they address this to improve the experience .

the quadruple room was well-suited for families. it featured comfortable bedding and ample space to move around. everything was clean upon arrival and the room was very warm.

the breakfast area offered a wide selection of food. fresh fruits and vegetables were part of the choices. complimentary cake was available in the dining area every evening, from 5 pm.

the staff members provided quick assistance with any requests. they also helped organize last minute transport to the blue lagoon. they were really supportive and i appreciate the attentiveness.

The hotel has free parking spots on site. Breakfast was good with many choices. Location is near the city center, I walked there in about twenty minutes.

There was no ketchup or pepper. Beds were small. The hotel appears dated.
